Schools almost out and the sun is shining. That New Moon has brought about some much needed oomph in our lives leaving a lot of the tired sluggish energy at the door.

Talking of slugs, better use some of this oomph to get on top of those weeds! But remember to gather up your slugs humanely… hedgehogs are severely on the decline and they need those slimy creatures to survive.

There is a sensitivity surrounding this week, particularly for water signs. You'll find yourself very receptive to the mood around you at home and work.

You'll therefore be in a good position to handle group situations and 'get your point across' in a constructive, peaceful way.

This sensitivity does have its drawbacks though, so just make sure you don't take everything to heart or burden yourself with other people's emotions. Save some head space for yourself.

Be cautious of taking on board too much well meaning advice from a close friend or family member. They mean well but if it goes against your gut, you are probably right.

VK asks what direction is she going in within her life and if there should be anything she should be focusing on? This is an awfully big question for a small spread, but I'll do my best to distil it's essence for you V.

4 of Cups shows there is a certain discontentment with your lot. A disappointment with your status quo - understandable when you pose this sort of question. Can you see that 4th cup being offered to the figure with his back turned? Being in this head space is stopping you from seeing what possibilities and opportunities you do have.

The Hermit here tells us that you are in need of some time for deep introspection. You need to look inward at what is making you feel dissatisfied. This is what you must focus on. The Hermit is a Major Arcana and encapsulates the whole mood of this reading.

By seeking answers through introspection you will be able to remove some of these mental blocks and more clearly see your path moving forward.

Ace of Cups happens after this introspection - a new beginning. A new beginning and a breakthrough! It just doesn't get any clearer than that V. You may feel the status quo is holding you back for now, but it is giving you the time for The Hermit, which will lead to the Ace of Cups. The key to moving forward is to identify where your dissatisfaction is arising from within you.

RO asks will her love life with her partner improve... RO - I'm going to adapt your question a little here so Tarot can offer some clearer guidance for you. Rather than questions like "will", a good approach is to ask "what". What do you need to know in order to improve your love life with your partner?

Tarot has responded wonderfully. 2 of Pentacles is the card of multi tasking. You've both got a lot on your plate haven't you? After muddling through our hectic days, sometimes the last thing on our minds is sex, and this can start to really dent our confidence in the boudoir.

Let's be honest here - this important time for couples gets put back further down the priority list as we take on more and more. It's a really easy fix though. Make it a number one priority. Talk. About. It. Find a time when you both know you won't be tired and make that time.

Ace of Wands is about new beginnings, and in a relationship spread - sex and passion. The spark between you both is still there.

9 of Pentacles offers some advice on where to begin too. It can be daunting after a sexual hiatus with a partner, so take it slowly. There's no pressure, and you have all the time in the world.
