DIGITAL CAFE - Every Thursday 2.00pm to 4.00pm

We live in an increasingly digitally-based world with more and more organisations moving information and services online. People without the skills to use the internet and apps risk getting left behind. There are many people who struggle to understand how to get the best out of their smartphones, tablets, iPads, laptops or computers. Often when a phone number can be found online it leads to a long wait in a queue due to unprecedented call volumes. This leads to Digital Exclusion for those who cannot get someone to support and advise them when using the World Wide Web in all its different forms.

The Digital Cafe is designed to help people get better connected via a drop-in session on Thursday afternoons between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.

A Spark iT Digital Champion is available to answer your questions, provide help with using a variety of devices and generally assist with any difficulties in using online accounts, apps and getting the most from the internet and technology. They can also signpost for further advice and support.

 As these are drop-in sessions no booking is necessary but there may be a wait if its busy.
