While Glastonbury Festival might be the headline act in town, there's still plenty going on for those who aren't festival-bound.

Here's your guide to local events that promise just as much fun without the mud and/or sunstroke!

Sunday Festival Fun at Collett Park Missed out on Glastonbury tickets? No worries! Head to Collett Park in Shepton Mallet this Sunday from 11 AM for a free large screen streaming of Glastonbury's final day. Enjoy live performances, a bar from the afternoon, and various hot food stands. Tunes with The Rhythm Katz at The Sheppey Dive into a night of eclectic music at The Sheppey this Friday, June 28, from 8:30 PM. MASS – Community Meditation Seeking some tranquility? Head over to the Assembly Rooms in Glastonbury on Sunday, June 30, from 11 AM for a MASS community meditation event. It's a great opportunity to enjoy silence, reflection, and to reconnect with your inner self.

Boules of Fun at the Palace - Experience the charm of French pétanque at the Wells Annual Boules Tournament this Sunday, June 30, at the Bishop's Palace. Organised by Wells Rotary to support local health projects, this event invites teams of four for a day of boules, picnics, and jazz music, starting at 9:30 AM.
