• 32,500
• Estimated annual Tronc of 7000 to 9000
• Please Note: There is no staff accommodation with this role so you would need to be local or willing to relocate to the area.

• As our Head Bartender you'll be inspiring our team, leading by example and providing a warm and genuine service. Supporting the bar management team you will learn and progress while bringing your own service experience to help us continue to be a well-recognised venue for quality cocktails, coffees and food. Specific to you however will be the creative motivation behind out cocktail menu and drinks list.

For this we hope you have:

• Proven experience 2+ years within the luxury hospitality industry required
• Head Bartender or Supervisory experience
• Cocktail knowledge
