Administrator - Temporary Shepton Mallet At Gregory Distribution, we are currently seeking a Administrator on a temporary basis at our Shepton Mallet site. The position involves: Administrative duties, including answering all queries via email, phone, and face to face. You will be required to work closely with your colleagues and subcontractors to chase up delivery times and update the transport system to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Coordinating daily service reports, using the company Mandata Transport system. Sending internal/external emails. Compiling and sending daily reports. The job can be fast-paced and pressurised, but you will receive the support and training needed to be successful in the role. Personal Attributes: Experience of working in a similar role is an advantage but not necessary Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative MS packages to include, Outlook.
