Office Administrator - Castle CaryMonday - Friday 08.30 am - 05.00 pm 12.50 per hour
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:- Manage daily office tasks such as answering telephone calls, replying to emails and maintaining office supplies- Organise and maintain files and records- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings- Communicate with clients and suppliers in a professional manner- Enter and update data in our system accurately- Work closely with the team to ensure efficient operation of the office
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
