Circular walk with art and creative writing

Join Polly Hall and Rev. Gill Sakakini for a creative mini-pilgrimage to St Aldhelm's Well and Church, Doulting. Known as the first Anglo-Saxon man of letters, St Aldhelm wrote prose and poetry including many riddles. He is the Patron Saint of musicians and songwriters. The feast day of our local Saint Aldhelm falls on 25th May.

We will meander the beautiful East Mendip Way towards Doulting. We will visit St Aldhelm's Well and Church in Doulting, stopping along the way to draw, write and reflect. Our circular walk will start and finish in Shepton Mallet.

Please note: Roughly 2 hours walking time. Footpaths may be uneven, some steep bits and walk includes stiles and gates.
