A farmer is hoping the public can help him track down the motorist who drove into his field in Doulting and caused thousands of pounds of damage to his maize crops.

Ben Yates said that last week, someone drove on to the land he farms at Doulting, performed two donuts, and then drove through his maize crop that was only a month from harvesting.

The East Somerset Railway (ESR) has been awarded £58,700 from the National Lottery Heritage Fund (HF) for a new project in Cranmore.
