This role will report into the Production Shift Manager and will cover the Twilight shift. It is a role that offers longer term development. The role will involve managing a team of c50 staff and you will be supported by 5 Team Leaders Trainee Production Shift Manager Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working in Food Manufacturing, ideally High Care
• Team management / Supervisory experience
• Experience of Training and mentoring teams
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Able to work in a fast-moving pressured environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and remaining results-focused
