Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Shepton Mallet who are actively looking to recruit a Shift Manager - FMCG to join the team.

What you will be doing:

Working in a fast-paced production environment. as Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and supervising production line(s) and their operation in accordance with company policies and procedures with an emphasis on quality and high levels of performance.

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience working in an FMCG environment.
• Hands on Manager, able to develop and motivate Line leaders with production processes.
• Demonstrate Continuous improvement.
• GMP audits
• H&S awareness.

What you will receive in return:

• 45,040.54 per year
• 4 days on, 4 days off rotation: 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 5.30 am - 6:00 pm
• Night Shift: 5.30 pm - 6:00 am
