Flexible Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time contracts ranging from 20-45 hours weekly, covering both day and night shifts.

  • Receive accredited Positive Behaviour Management Training and complete all mandatory training on-site.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Engaging socially with our residents and providing emotional support.
  • Assisting with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate health documentation.
  • Ensuring our environment remains clean and homely.
  • Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills.
