We are currently working with an established facilities management company within Bath, who are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their friendly office team. With this role there is a benefit of flexible working and potential development opportunities. If you are an experienced Administrator or Maintenance Administrator this role may be for you.Office Administrator Hourly Rate: 10.42-12phPermanentPart TimeLocation: BA4As an Office Administrator, you will be assisting with:

  • Administrative support to engineers
  • Regular contact with operatives
  • Managing customer care operatives' workloads
  • General administration duties
  • Monitor office stock levels
  • Handling and dealing with invoices
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
To be successful in this Office Administrator role, you will need to:
  • Be an experienced Administrator/ Maintenance coordinator
  • Be experienced logging jobs
  • Strong administrative skills
