"This is now the end of our third series of baby massage/baby yoga sessions and we're looking forward to starting the next series next week! This is and has been the loveliest way to bond with my daughter during a time of lots of anxiety and stress. Nikkita has given us so many techniques to help with teething, wind and overtiredness that I wish that I'd known for my older babies, and when things are just overwhelming for me or for her then we just retreat to a quiet space and have a massage. I'm guaranteed immediate smiles from a very relaxed little girl!" Victoria and Ivy

"I have been doing baby massage with Nikkita since my baby was 12 weeks old. There is no doubt that it has improved his sleep and we have now incorporated it into our bedtime and morning routine. We have found it a great way to also encourage naps. Nikkita is extremely personable and is able to give tips as your baby grows. For example, ideas for teething relief and what to do for an irritable baby. My baby and I both enjoy our time together during massage and it is obvious that it strengthens that bond. Whilst in isolation it has been a great support to us and allowed us to continue baby classes and communication with other parents and babies. I can not recommend Nikkita enough and we will be continuing her classes indefinitely." Holly and Ivy
