A brand new petrol station officially opens in Shepton Mallet tomorrow — and it's bringing a lot more than just fuel.

Motor Fuel Group (MFG) will launch the new Shepton Mallet Service Station on Thursday 19 June at Cannard's Grave, with petrol, EV charging, and a full convenience offer — plus some big-name brands joining the line-up.

The site includes a Budgens store, opening from day one and trading 6am to 11pm, seven days a week. To celebrate, shoppers can grab £2 off when they spend £10 or more, with new vouchers released weekly from 19 June to 16 July.

Greggs and Pret A Manger are also coming soon, giving locals and drivers the chance to grab lunch, top up their shopping, or pick up a coffee without leaving the forecourt.

MFG — the UK's largest independent forecourt operator — says the new site has been designed with today's motorists in mind, offering fuel, EV chargers, food-to-go, parcel lockers and business facilities, all in one place.

The station will also be accessible to disabled drivers via the fuelService app, which allows users to request assistance at the pumps before arriving.
