Drivers in Shepton Mallet are due to face two road closures as Wales & West Utilities carries out gas mains replacement work.

Zion Hill is scheduled to close from Monday, 9 November, until Friday, 27 November. The closure will affect an 84-metre stretch south of the junction with Pike Lane.

A separate council notice proposes closing the full length of Kyte Road from Monday, 23 November, to Friday, 11 December, between 8am and 4pm. The proposed closure would cover about 220 metres.

Both closures are linked to gas mains work by Wales & West Utilities.
