Shepton Mallet, Malletfest is ready to turn it up
By Laura Linham 22nd Jun 2026
Shepton Mallet is about to get loud. Malletfest 26 takes over Shepton Mallet Football Club on Saturday, 27 June 2026, with 12 hours of live music, DJs and festival energy running from 1.30pm to 1.30am.
The countdown is now properly on, with Shepton Mallet AFC confirming that tickets will still be available on the gate. Advance tickets are priced at £25, and anyone who has already booked is being asked to have their ticket confirmation ready on arrival.
Top of the bill is Absolute Oasis, bringing the Britpop swagger and big choruses to a town that knows its way around a proper singalong. Also on the line-up are Luke Potter, Paper Planes, Eddie Dean and Troy Ellis, with special guests also promised.
The festival will not be leaving the gaps quiet either. DJs are lined up throughout the day, with DMEHCE DJs listed on the poster, keeping things moving from the afternoon start through to the early-hours finish.
There are a few house rules before the first tune lands. No food or drink can be brought into the venue, while both cash and card will be accepted once inside.
Disabled parking and disabled access will be available at the ground. There is no designated public parking, so festival-goers are being asked to be considerate to residents nearby when arriving and leaving.
Tickets are still available online through Malletfest ticket sales, with gate sales also available on the day. For the latecomers, the last-minute merchants and anyone suddenly deciding that yes, actually, an all-day music festival in Shepton sounds like a very good idea, the door is not closed yet.
