Everything you need to know about Collett Park Day 2025 in Shepton Mallet

Collett Park Day is back on Saturday 14 June – and it's packed with everything from woodfired pizza and live music to bouncy castles, sports day games and dozens of local stalls. Whether you're coming for the food, the shopping, the music or the community spirit, here's what to expect at Shepton Mallet's biggest annual celebration.

Parking: Parking is available at the Old Showground Fields off Cannard's Grave Road

What's happening on the day?
This year's event is bursting with entertainment and activities for all ages, including:
Food and drink
Expect a wide range of hot food including woodfired pizza, Thai dishes, Caribbean cuisine, hog roast, burgers and hot dogs. Sweet options include bubble tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, candy floss, donuts, milkshakes and traditional ice creams.
The event bar will serve beer, cider, wine and Pimms, with free squash available for children.

Community and charity stalls
More than 40 local groups and organisations will be represented, including Somerset Wildlife Trust, Shepton Mallet Rotary, Shepton Men's Shed, Happy Landings, the Lantern Festival, Shepton Carnival Clubs, Mendip MS Society, YMCA, local scouts and brownies, and many more.

Shopping and local traders
Browse a wide selection of local produce, gifts, crafts and handmade goods. Confirmed stalls include Essence and Bloom Gift Co, Go Fudge Yourself, Sean the Chef, Lock and Charm, The Makers' Bee, Mrs B's Bakes and Cakes, Sweetie Treats, Fun 4 All Events, Go-Go-Games, and Total Gut Health.
