In a glittering ceremony held at the Imperial Hotel in Torquay on Saturday, Shepton Mallet AFC claimed the prestigious Best Hospitality award in the Premier Division at the Toolstation Awards Dinner.

The award highlights the club's exceptional dedication not just on the field, but off it as well, recognising the hard work of the team behind the scenes.

Under the guidance of Aaron Seviour and his assistant Matt Morris, Shepton Mallet AFC has had an impressive season, finishing 7th in the league and narrowly missing out on the playoffs by just one point.

This season has set new records for the club, achieving their highest points tally ever and seeing a boost in average attendance to 226.

The reserve team has also had a standout season, maintaining an unbeaten record and winning both the Baxter Shield and the Clark Cup, adding to the club's list of achievements.

It's been a season to remember for everyone at Shepton Mallet AFC, demonstrating that success comes from both on and off the pitch.
