Shepton Mallet has unveiled its 2026 summer events line-up, with Hello Shepton setting out a packed programme of dates for some of the town's best-known fixtures. The guide brings together community favourites in Collett Park, town centre market dates and major events running from March to November next year.

Among the headline dates are Outdoor Cinema in Collett Park on 9 May, Collett Park Day on 13 June and the Mid Somerset Show on 16 August. The guide also lists Runaway Train - Trail Race and Boxty Feast on 3 May, the Royal Bath & West Show from 28 to 30 May, Open Gardens by Shepton Snowdrops on 14 June and Circus in the Park on 30 August.

Other entries include All the World's Our Playground by Make the Sunshine on 18 July, Skate Jam at West Shepton Playing Fields on 5 September and the Annual Walking Festival by Shepton Walks from 11 to 13 September. A wellness event is also listed for July to August, although no exact date is given in the version supplied.

The guide says the Friday Market will run every Friday from 8.30 am to 1 pm in Market Place. Sunday Market dates are listed as 29 March, 26 April, 31 May, 28 June, 26 July, 30 August, 27 September and 25 October, with 29 November billed as a Christmas Lights Spectacular from 11 am to 5 pm.
