Shepton Mallet Friday Market is calling for performers to help bring more atmosphere to the town centre.

Organisers are looking for entertainers, acoustic performers and buskers to take part in future markets.

The aim is to add music, energy and ambience to the weekly Friday Market, which takes place in the heart of Shepton Mallet.

The call-out is open to local performers who would like to get involved and support the town's market day.
