Bowlish Infant school's 120-year-old clock, which would have been part of the original school, is now running like clockwork thanks to a local watch restorer.

Mike Elderton from All in the Balance responded to the school's plea for help and, after a few months, was able to return it to the children in full working order.

Mike even rehung it in the school entrance where it now has pride of place as one of the oldest parts of the school.

Rebecca Eldred, the Headteacher at Bowlish, is over the moon that this little piece of school history is now restored and a focal point in the school Reception.
