New Indoor Cycle Studio, Pulse, Launches in Shepton Mallet on Mother’s Day

Shepton Mallet is about to get a new fitness hotspot, launching on a day celebrating strong, determined women—Mother's Day!
Pulse Indoor Cycle Studio is the brainchild of the local mother-of-two and general manager for a group of six luxury care homes Julia Harvey.
It will officially open its doors in the heart of Shepton Mallet at 4 Town Street on Sunday, 30th March, bringing a fresh approach to fitness for all levels.
After years of balancing the demands of a busy career and family life, Julia has turned her passion for health and well-being into a community-driven fitness hub. "I know first-hand how tough it can be to juggle work, family, and personal health," she says. "Pulse is about creating an environment where everyone - whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned rider - can come together, push their limits, and have fun while doing it."
Located in the heart of Shepton Mallet, Pulse Indoor Cycle Studio is designed to be a welcoming space for all fitness abilities. With expert-led classes, high-energy music, and a focus on motivation, members can expect an immersive experience that's as fun as it is effective.
What makes the launch even more special? It falls on Mother's Day - a perfect excuse for mums to take a well-earned break and do something just for themselves. "Whether you want to treat yourself, bring a friend, or even start a new routine with your family, this is a great way to kick-start a new fitness journey," says Julia.
The grand opening will take place on Sunday 30th March and locals are invited to come along, and hop on a bike for a free introductory session (free sessions are being booked by message on Facebook or Instagram). Future sessions can be booked online via the website booking system.
