Mendip Crematorium is opening its doors to the local community for an insightful open morning event, slated for Saturday, 23 September.

Aimed at demystifying the operations and services of the crematorium, this event presents an exclusive chance for attendees to tour the facility and its tranquil 5-acre grounds.

Visitors will have ample time to engage with Mendip Crematorium's dedicated team, who will be on-site to offer insights, explanations, and answer any questions about the cremation process. The event serves as an excellent opportunity to put to rest any curiosities or concerns attendees may have about what exactly goes on behind the scenes.

In a unique addition to the programme, an end-of-life specialist will also be present at the open morning. They will be offering their expert advice and guidance, available to answer any questions or offer support on the complex topics that surround end-of-life issues.

Scheduled between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., this open day offers an invaluable educational experience for those interested in the subject. Whether you are planning for the future, or simply curious about what goes on in a crematorium, this open day promises to be enlightening.
