A project to dredge silt from the main lake at Kilver Court gardens will begin on 27th August, lasting for an estimated 4-5 weeks.

The work, carried out by Brothers Drinks Co Ltd in collaboration with the Environment Agency, aims to improve water quality and enhance habitat conditions for local wildlife in and around the River Sheppey.

The dredging process will be conducted by contractors on-site between 07:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. During this period, access to nearby footpaths may be temporarily restricted or redirected, with clear signage provided to guide the public.

Brothers Drinks Co Ltd has stated that every effort will be made to minimise disruption and asks for the community's patience and understanding during the works.
