Kids eat free at Dobbies this Christmas

A Shepton Mallet garden centre is offering free meals to children under the age of 12, when an adult buys a traditional breakfast or main course.

As part of their festive event, Dobbies has announced a new Christmas menu and free meals for those under 12.

Diners can chose from a breakfast including brioche French toast and bacon, buttermilk pancakes served with yoghurt and winter berries or a Scottish smoked salmon and free-range scrambled egg bagel, topped with chopped chives.

The two-course lunch deal costs will cost £14.95 per person and a diners can chose a traditional Christmas lunch. Smaller bites include festive roll, a soft roll filled with roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing and pigs in blankets with dipping gravy.

Adam Veysey, Dobbies development chef, said: "We are very excited to introduce our 2022 Christmas menu, having spent months finalising the details and selecting the best ingredients. There are some firm favourites and some new additions that offer Christmas with a twist.

"We can't wait to introduce our great value festive menu to customers in Shepton Mallet and hope families across the region can take advantage of our kids eat free offer."
