From creative workshops to thrilling dinner parties, the Showground is set to offer a variety of experiences this Christmas season.
Wreath Making Workshop On Thursday, 30th November at 6:30 pm, the Showground invites you to a festive evening of wreath making. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own living wreaths under the guidance of expert florists, accompanied by mulled wine and mince pies. Murder Mystery Dinner Party Adding a twist to traditional Christmas parties, the Showground hosts a murder mystery dinner party on Friday, 1st December, from 7 pm to 11 pm. Guests are invited to solve the mystery of 'Who killed Ebenezer Scrooge?' while enjoying a three-course meal. Tickets for this thrilling event are £60 per person, including a welcome drink and murder mystery entertainment.
Santa Special at the Bath & West Steam Railway On Saturdays, 2nd and 9th December, Santa will visit the Bath & West Steam Railway. The East Somerset Society of Model & Experimental Engineers offers an experience that includes a train ride, a present for children, and refreshments. Tickets for a child and two adults are priced at £13.
Ideal Gifts for your Loved Ones this Christmas The Showground announces a new workshop series, perfect as Christmas gifts. The series begins with a Pasta Making Workshop on Sunday, 4th February, followed by a Lampshade Making Workshop and Afternoon Tea with Hannah Redden on Saturday, 9th March 2024. These workshops are excellent for those who love creative activities. Tickets for the lampshade making workshop, including afternoon tea, are £65 per person.
Pasta Making Experience with Pasta Laboratory Join Frederico from Pasta Laboratory in Bath for a pasta-making masterclass on Sunday, 4th February. The 2-hour 45-minute session includes a handmade lunch and a glass of wine. Tickets are £79 per person, offering a delightful experience for culinary enthusiasts.
