Family captures terrifying footage of lorry engulfed in flames on A37; road blocked as driver escapes safely

The A37 is blocked in both directions at Lydford-on-Fosse due to a lorry fire.
Helen Stockman and her family, who were travelling on the A37, captured footage of the blazing vehicle at 11.52am.
The driver of the lorry had already exited the cab safely, averting potential injury.
There is now slow traffic between the B3153 and Wraxall Road and the road itself is blocked in both directions.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area, and fire crews are at the scene, dealing with the incident - we expect to bring you more information from them shortly.
