I will provide guided exercises and activities, including free-flow writing, writing meditation exercises, an

extended writing exercise, and an editing activity. Then, there will be a few allocated hours to write,

where I will be on hand to help with compiling your notes and ideas into something tangible,

proofreading, and help with editing. We aim for you to go home feeling inspired, chilled, and motivated.
