Looking for an exciting, hands-on activity this half-term? Bring the whole family to the Art Bank in Shepton Mallet for 'Tectonic', a free and inspiring event that invites you to reimagine and reshape your surroundings with those world-famous plastic bricks!

Let your creativity run wild as you build, deconstruct, and transform a growing landscape. From houses to trees to animals, what will you add to our evolving scene? Think about what you love about Somerset or what's missing from the landscape — and make your vision come to life!

Each creation contributes to a living, collaborative artwork that changes throughout the week. And, with our state-of-the-art LiDAR scanner, you can preserve your masterpiece in our virtual environment to share with family and friends online.

This event is brought to you through a partnership between the Art Bank and Somerset Film, an educational charity and film production company. Since 1997, Somerset Film has built a reputation for inclusion, creative innovation, and community partnership. Their expertise in digital storytelling helps make this unique experience possible, blending hands-on creativity with cutting-edge technology.
