Students at Whitstone School in Shepton Mallet are celebrating their GCSE results.

The vast majority of students were successful in securing their first choice college and apprenticeship placements.

Head teacher, Gill Rennard, said: "We are so proud of our students.

"Their hard work and determination has paid off. What a delightful year group."
