Make the Sunshine is proud to present A Real Fiction, brought to you by aKa Dance Theatre!

St Paul's Junior School Hall

Fasten your seatbelts, A Real Fiction is coming and it is filled with fun, funk and foam bananas! A Real Fiction has been whipping up a storm and collecting memories on the way through!

Loaded with current affairs, childhood nostalgias and one hit wonders, this work has been co-created with the community, for the community.

Get ready for a hyperactive mix of dance, theatre, meme and pop culture. You can expect the unexpected as you lose yourself in other people's memories, and we guarantee you'll have an unforgettable time!

This event is part of Once Upon a Dance Festival supported by Mendip Communities Fund and Shepton Mallet Town Council. As part of this Make the Sunshine will be brining aKa's sensational show to local schools and will be touring to St Aldhelm's (Yr 4-6), St Paul's (Yr 5&6), Croscombe and Stoke St Michael (Year 4-6) and other community settings.

Mr Ted's Quiz

The legendary LGBTQ icon Mr Teds returns for another outrageous, dragalicious quiz!

Back from his adventures on the other side of the ocean, Mr Ted returns to the Art Bank with his hilarious yet difficult quiz! Expect belly laughs and plenty of audience interaction.

Doors at 7, quiz from around 8/8.30.

The Big Southwest Wedding fair is a two-day event offering engaged couples to meet exhibitors from across the Southwest where they can book, try, hire or buy everything they need for their wedding under one roof.

The Big Southwest Wedding Fair is dubbed "The Best in The Southwest", a two-day event created to showcase local suppliers to engaged couples. Featuring talented suppliers, stunning displays, exciting catwalk shows & live entertainment, it's the perfect Wedding planning day out!
