Last week, students at Sexey's School had the incredible opportunity to attend a live performance and talk from The Entitled Sons, an upcoming local band known not only for their music but also for their advocacy on mental health and wellbeing.

The band performed live, creating an electrifying atmosphere that students thoroughly enjoyed.

However, it was their heartfelt speech on mental health that left a lasting impact. By openly discussing the importance of speaking up and seeking support, The Entitled Sons encouraged students to break the stigma surrounding mental health challenges. They also spoke about embracing differences, the impact of social media, and the importance of spending time with friends to support mental wellbeing.

One parent shared their appreciation for the initiative, saying, "I just wanted to express my gratitude to the school for inviting The Entitled Sons last week. My stepdaughter had an amazing time experiencing a live performance and was deeply moved by their speech. She came home and opened up to her father about her feelings, which led to a really positive conversation about mental health over dinner. The band's words truly inspired her to speak up and seek support, which is such an important message for young people."
