Families are being invited to a Halloween-themed Ghost Train Glow Party at the Bath & West Showground on Friday, 31 October.

The evening event includes access to a ghost train ride, children's party dances, a magic show and a glow puppet performance, with photo opportunities with the puppets also on offer. A kids' disco with prizes is scheduled alongside a craft corner and photo booth.

A fancy dress competition will be held during the event, with a prize for the best scary costume.

The venue bar will be open from 6pm to 9.30pm for adults, while non-alcoholic mocktails will be available for children.

Tickets are priced at £14.95 plus booking fee for adults and £11.95 plus booking fee for children, both including a £2.50 ghost train ride. Children under two can attend for free and are also eligible for the ride. A family ticket for four people is available at £45.

Organisers say arrival times will be staggered and clearly marked on tickets to manage the flow of visitors throughout the evening.
