Shepton Mallet roadworks for week commencing January 6

Temporary traffic lights will return to the Commercial Road Roundabout in Shepton Mallet this week.

The multi-way lights will be in place at the roundabout where the A371, A361 and B3136 meet on Thursday and Friday January 9 and 10.

They will be used so Bristol Water can repair a frame and cover outside of Oak Lodge.

Other roadworks in Shepton Mallet this week include:

Temporary traffic lights will be in place from Monday January 6 to February 17 on the A371 Cannard's Grave Road so Bristol Water can lay a new main.

From Monday until February 28, Wales and West Utilities will be replacing a metal gas main with a plastic one in Whitstone Rise.

Bristol Water will be installing talbot boxes and meters in Coombe Lane, Bishop Crescent and Berryman Close from Wednesday January 8 to Friday.
