It looks set to be a busy week for Bristol Water in Shepton Mallet this week, with the company scheduled to do eight sets of roadworks in the town.

By the end of Monday February 24, the firm should have completed its work to repair a leak on the Crown Trading Estate.

From Monday to Wednesday February 26, the company is scheduled to be repairing leaks outside of York House on the B3136 Waterloo Road, in Longbridge and in Church Lane.

From Tuesday February 25 to Thursday February 27, Bristol Water will be replacing a frame and cover in Lime Grove, and replacing a stoptap in Beech Avenue.

Then, from Wednesday to Friday February 28, the company is set to be repairing leaks in Somerset Close and Board Cross.

The other roadworks this week are the Wales and West Utilities work to replace a metal gas main with a plastic one at the junction of Whitstone Rise and Whitstone Road, but this work is due to be completed by Friday.
