Shepton residents are warmly invited to gather at the town's cenotaph on Sunday 9 November 2025 for a poignant Remembrance Sunday service from 10:30am to 11:30am.

The event begins with assembly at the Cenotaph, High Street at 10:35am. The "fall in" will commence at 10:45am, with the formal service starting shortly afterwards. At 11:00am, a two‑minute silence will be observed, followed by wreath laying by local organisations.

Afterwards, a parade will march to St Peter & St Paul Church.

Members of the HM Armed Forces, Police, Fire, Ambulance services are encouraged to wear service uniform. Veterans are invited to wear military head dress and medals if available.
