Shepton Library to host advice session on water bills
By Laura Linham 7th Oct 2026
Shepton Mallet residents struggling with water bills will be able to speak to an adviser in person at the town's library later this month.
Wessex Water will hold a drop-in session at Shepton Mallet Library, in Market Place, on Friday, 23 October, from 10am to noon.
Customers can ask questions about their bills and discuss support if they are having difficulty paying. Advisers can also help with queries about water quality, plumbing and drainage, as well as ways to save water and avoid blockages.
No booking is needed, although anyone wanting a dedicated appointment can email [email protected].
The company recommends bringing a recent bill or customer number for billing enquiries. People who need adjustments to attend can contact the same email address beforehand.
Further information about the service is available on Wessex Water's community drop-in page.
