The Bath & West Showground is set to welcome New Wine England back to its venue tomorrow.

The Showground had been the summer festival's home for a remarkable 29 years, spanning from 1989 to 2018. After a few years away, the New Wine Leadership has elected to bring the event back to its long-standing venue.

"We are very excited to welcome back New Wine, particularly on such a momentous occasion," said Charly Andrews, Head of Commercial Sales at the Royal Bath & West Society. "Here at the Bath & West Showground, we pride ourselves on being a versatile venue and are pleased that we have been able to accommodate the return of such a popular event. We look forward to what we hope will be a long-lasting and positive future with the New Wine team."

New Wine England is a spirit-empowered movement, focusing on equipping the local church to nurture spirit-filled followers of Jesus. Their annual summer festival is a six-day gathering that attracts Christians from all over the UK and beyond. The event features numerous attractions, including New Wine Kids, Luminosity, Young Adults Collective, and more.

"The Bath & West Showground has played a key part in New Wine's history, and we're delighted to be heading back. We're thankful to the team at the Bath & West Showground for their support and warm welcome back," said Rich Johnson, New Wine England's National Leader.
