Private Patient Co-ordinator - Shepton Mallet

We are looking for a Private Patient Co-ordinator to join our team. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.

Practice Plus Group Hospital Shepton Mallet has been rated Outstanding by the CQC, putting it at the very top of the regulator's quality ratings.

Supported by our Lead Private Patient Co-ordinator, Kaitlyn, you will be a vital member of the team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various administrative, functional and site specific work streams associated with private patient services.

You will act as the single point of contact for all private patients and take responsibility for managing all private patients' pathways once booked by the contact centre.

With a strong administration background and experience of working within a healthcare or patient facing environment, you will also have excellent communication and IT skills.

Also key in this role will be your ability to problem solve and influence, alongside your conflict resolution skills.

Waking Nights Support Workers - Shepton Mallet

Senior Architectural Technician - Shepton Mallet

Our client, a young energetic architect firm, is looking for an amazing Senior Technician/Architect to join the team.

The team all have strong connections with the local area and understand the importance of providing an excellent service across the county.

The role:

You will be highly motivated and organised with a passion for architect and design. You will have experience working in a similar role, and be confident with all aspects of design from submitting planning to site surveying.

Role responsibilities:

  • Detailed knowledge of planning procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of UK Building Regulation requirements
  • Be able to confidently produce Building Regulation drawings
  • On site surveying experience
  • Residential project design experience
  • Confidence in submitting planning and Building Regulation applications

Essential skills and requirements:

  • Excellent software knowledge: Caddie, Autocad
  • More than two years' minimum working in an architectural practice
  • Detailed knowledge of planning and the UK Building Regulations
  • Fully confident in submitting Building Regulation applications
  • Positive strong outgoing communicator
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task, and work on more then one project at a time

Job specifics:

Permanent, full-time. Salary £30,000 per annum.
