This Halloween, Shepton Mallet's Bath and West Showground is poised to become the epicentre of electronic music as it hosts Westfest on Saturday, 28th October 2023.

One of the UK's largest indoor electronic festivals, the Halloween-themed event is expected to attract around 5,000 fans and will showcase an array of leading artists in the drum and bass and hardstyle genres.

The festival is organised into five separate arenas, each catering to a specific subgenre of electronic music.

These are the Main Arena, One Nation Drum & Bass, Hardcore Heaven, Rumble in the Jungle, and Funkagenda in the VIP area. Prominent acts taking the Main Arena stage include Hedex with Eksman, Kings of the Rollers & Inja, and Turno & Dreps. Other arenas will feature performances by Andy Whitby B2B Klubfiller, Gammer, Hazard, Basslayerz, and a special Westfest-exclusive set involving Amplify B2B Majistrate B2B Original Sin B2B Sub Zero.

Accompanying the musical acts, the event also includes a roster of renowned MCs like Spyda, Harry Shotta, IC3, and Shabba D to keep the energy levels elevated.

In a move designed to accommodate the attendees better, the festival has updated its timing based on past feedback.

The event will now run from 4 pm until 2 am, making travel to and from the venue more convenient. The festival is providing extended coach services and free parking to further ease transportation.

Tickets for the Halloween-themed Westfest are already on sale.
