Wells Cathedral will host its first ever Cider and Cheese Festival this September — and today (14 July) is the final day to grab early bird tickets at a discounted price.

The event takes place on Saturday 27 September and promises a full day of Somerset flavour, live music and local spirit, running from 12 noon to 9pm.

Festivalgoers can sample a wide range of ciders and cheeses from local producers, discover new favourites, and enjoy the cathedral setting with food stalls, soft drinks and entertainment on offer throughout the day.

Tickets include entry to the event, two half-pint drink tokens, and a commemorative glass to use and take home. Additional tokens will be available for £2.50 each.

From tomorrow, only standard price tickets will be available.
