A361 Shepton Mallet to Glastonbury road to close for five days for roadworks

The A361 is set to be closed for five days next month between Shepton Mallet and Glastonbury for roadworks to take place.
The 24-hour road closure will be in place from September 16 to 20 along Whitstone Hill in Pilton.
It will enable Somerset Highways to carry out structural maintenance of the drains along that stretch of road.
The official diversion will send traffic along the A371 between Shepton Mallet and Wells, and along the A39 between Glastonbury and Wells.
