UNTIL Saturday 16th April

Durslade Easter Fair

Join us for a fun-filled family day out at our Easter Fair.

Roth Bar & Grill will be serving food from their fires and a Pimm's bar will be open from noon. An abundance of local suppliers will be on site, including local bakers, Tiers of Joy, artisan chocolatiers, Harth and Brickell's Ice Cream. Expect an array of handmade indulgent treats both outside and in Durslade Farm Shop, including chocolate honeycomb easter eggs made with Durslade Farm honey, simnel cake, as well as spring blooms and herbs to spruce up the garden.

Outside of the Farm Shop, there will be several stalls to browse, with local soap makers, Emma and Jess from Hog & Tallow and ceramicist, Trevor Pictor at White Horse Pottery showcasing their stunning handmade homewares. Louise Bees' raw honey, Feltham Farm's organic, award-winning selection of cheeses and Root Connections' seasonal fruit and vegetables will be available to shop, whilst the children enjoy face painting.

We also invite the whole family to take part in our 'Durslade Discovery Trail', a sensory journey around the art, nature, and history of Durslade Farm. Pick up an activity sheet from Hauser & Wirth Somerset's front desk, explore the site, and complete activities for a tasty treat from Durslade Farm Shop.

In the lead up to Earth Day on Friday 22 April, foraging expert, Greg Powers will also be taking groups on 'Wild Walks', exploring foraged finds in the hedgerows and nearby woodland. The walks will take place between 12 – 1pm and 2 – 3pm, and we'd recommend wearing suitable outdoor clothing.

This is a free event and all are welcome.
