PUBLIC NOTICE: Invitation to Tender, St Cuthbert (Out) Parish Council.
Please find details of the invitation to tender for the Council's Annual Maintenance Contract 2023-24, which includes 4 sections:
- grass-cutting
- play area inspections
- hedge-cutting
- tree surveys
Contractors are invited to tender for one or multiple sections.
Please note the return instructions; for reasons of transparency, your quote must be sent to both addresses, and will not be opened or read until the nominated date.
- Tender deadline: 5pm, Wednesday 24th May 2023
- Quotations opened: Thursday 25th May 2023
- Council responses supplied: Thursday 8th June 2023
- Contracts begin: Monday 3rd July 2023
If successful, you would be required to send the current version of your Public Liability Insurance certificate.
