An application for outline planning permission with all matters reserved for the building of an eco-friendly detached stone-built mill-dwellinghouse at River Valley House, Pike Hill, Shepton Mallet, has been submitted by Kevin Young.

Domino's in Shepton Mallet is recruiting

The pizza chain Domino's is serving up 5,000 new jobs and more than 1,000 Kickstart placements in an employment drive across the country, including at its Shepton Mallet branch.

The 5,000 new roles include pizza chefs, customer service colleagues and delivery drivers. These positions are on top of the 6,000 jobs Domino's created since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic this year.
