Next Steps Childcare Centre at the Bath and West Showground, near Shepton Mallet, has recently taken on two new apprentices, Jessica and Holly.

Next Steps is an example of an employer who is committed to training their staff and supporting them throughout.

The nursery is supported by the apprenticeship levy transfer from Somerset County Council and the apprentices will be studying at Somerset Skills and Learning's new Frome Centre.
