St Margaret's Hospice Light Up a Life Service 2022

St Margaret's Hospice is inviting people across Somerset to come together and be part of this year's Light Up a Life campaign.

Traditionally, Light Up a Life is when the hospice invites the local community to gather in churches across the county for a simple remembrance service. But, after more people could access the service in previous years when we were forced to stream it, the hospice has now decided to keep the virtual format for 2022.

As well as the service in December, the hospice is inviting families across Somerset to share the names of their loved ones in remembrance and celebration on our Virtual Night Sky where members of the community can dedicate a star in memory of a loved one and donate to the hospice.

The Bath and West Showground is the Shepton Mallet Nub News What's On sponsor. Without community-minded partners like the Bath and West Showground we would not be able to produce the locally-relevant, clickbait-free news to the people of Shepton Mallet.
