Star Wars and Marvel actor to appear at Bath and West Showground event

An actor who has appeared in many movies and TV programmes, including Star Wars and the Marvel films, will be making a guest appearance at an event held at the Bath and West Showground.

Clem So will be a guest at the South West Comic Con and Gaming Festival, which is being held at the showground near Shepton Mallet on June 6.

Clem is a South West-based actor and he appeared as a Resistence Fighter in Star Wars Episode VII - The Force Awakens, as a Canto Bight Casino Patron in Episode VIII - The Last Jedi, and as a Dryden Guest in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he was a Kamar-Taj Disciple in Doctor Strange and a Kyln Prisoner in Guardians of the Galaxy.

He has also appeared in the James Bond films Skyfall and Spectre, plus Pokemon Detective Pikachu, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

His TV credits include His Dark Materials, A Discovery of Witches, Doctor Who, Fortitude, Sherlock and Broadchurch.

Among the other attractions at the South West Comic Con and Gaming Festival are Titan the Robt, Lightning McQueen, a Gremlins display and Transformers.
