Shepton Mallet roadworks for week commencing November 25

The bottom of St Peter's Road and Coombe Lane, in Shepton Mallet, will be closed this week for resurfacing.

The area of the junction between the two roads will be closed from 7.30am to 5.30pm from Monday November 25 to Wednesday 27.

Other roadworks in Shepton Mallet this week include:

From Monday to Thursday November 28, there will be temporary traffic lights on the A371 Cannard's Grave Road to enable tree maintenance work to take place.

On Thursday, Western Power Distribution will be doing overhead works along the A361 Charlton Road.

On Monday, two months of gas main replacement works by Wales and West Utilities will begin in Whitstone Rise.

A permit to allow scaffolding at 2 Cats Ash begins on Thursday, and will be in place for a month.

Finally, Bristol Water's work in Town Street are scheduled to be finished by Wednesday.
