Ridge Lane on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet is scheduled to be closed for a day during the next couple of weeks.

The whole of the lane will be closed for a day at some point between Friday May 29 and June 12.

It is going to be shut off to enable Somerset Highways to undertake surface dressing works.

From Thursday May 28 to Saturday May 30 Bristol Water are scheduled to be working on the A37 Whitstone Road.

On Tuesday May 26, Bristol Water's work in Roundwell Close is scheduled to be completed.

On Thursday, the Wales and West Utilities work to lay a new service in Manship Green should be finished.

Finally, Wessex Water's work to replace or repair a cover and frame in Back Lane, Darshill, is scheduled to be done by Thursday.
